The ones who have walked through the darkness, and rejoiced in the sunshine. Founded, owned and led by Bess and Tahl, who share both a deep friendship and a love of the practice, Creature operates on the principles of yoga. 200 Hour Teacher Training
Foundational training for you to begin your studies. Understand yoga history and philosophy, study alignment and anatomy, deepen your practice with asana, pranayama, meditation and mantra. Learn to share the practices. Online or in person options.
300 Hour Teacher Training
Advance your studies and your teaching skills. 50 hour modules in philosophy, the subtle practices, sequencing, anatomy, yin yoga and touch.
50 Hour Courses
Courses in yoga history, philosophy, subtle practices, mantra, meditation and yin yoga open to all – both students and teachers of yoga. For yoga teachers specifically, additional modules on sequencing and applied anatomy.
